THE APPLE STRUDEL

Freshly baked apple strudel made from an original Bavarian recipe.  The first time this strudel was introduced to the Bakery's products, it was an instant favorite.

THE CINNAMON BUN

Our cinnamon bun starts with a rich yeast buttered dough hand rolled into a log. We fill it with cinnamon sugar, brown sugar and top it with a sugar glaze.  Delicious.

THE CROISSANT

THE BISCOTTI

A traditional double-baked cookie from Italy, flavored with almond, cranberry, chocolate and chocolate hazelnut, freshly baked right here.

THE CHEESECAKE

A classic NY-style cheesecake, very rich and smooth on top of a very yummy traditional Graham cracker crumbs layer.  Baked to perfection in a water bath.

THE CHOCOLATE TORTE

A very dense chocolate cake, made with rich chocolate imported from Belgium, a real treat for kids and adults

THE CRANBERRY WALNUT TORTE

THE CHOCOLATE ECLAIR

We use a classic « Pâte à choux » dough, baked to perfection and filled with rich vanilla custard.

THE LINZER TORTE

Classic Austrian pastry cookie dough flavored with ground nuts, spices and raspberry jam.

THE MUFFIN

A classic American pastry loaded with blueberries.  A perfect item to start your morning with. You can also try our raspberry almond variety.

THE PECAN TART

A rich delight from the South, made with a simple short crust, southern pecans and delightful filling of brown sugar, eggs, brown butter, vanilla and corn syrup.

THE HAM & CHEESE CROISSANT

A multi layered flaky pastry, filled with Virginia baked ham and local Vermont Cabot cheese and baked to perfection.

THE SCONE

We have five choices of scones.  A true delight and a long time favorite.  Blueberry, maple walnut, cranberry, cinnamon raisin, chocolate raspberry and white chocolate raspberry.

THE TURNOVER

We have five kinds to choose from. Blueberry, apple, cherry, raspberry and strawberry. We use multi-layered flaky, puff pastry dough.  Baked to perfection, dusted with powder sugar, a very tasty treat in the morning.
